What if the item I want is sold out?

For all items that aren't limited edition, they will be restocked regularly. Please sign up for my email list to stay up to date on stock refreshes. 

How often will new art be added to the site?

I am constantly looking for inspiration in order to create more pieces for you. Please be patient and sign up for my email list as well as follow me on Instagram to stay up to date with my latest pieces.

How can I order a custom/commissioned piece of art?

I would love to create your very own customized piece. Please go to my  commissions page to sign up.

How much is shipping?

Shipping cost will vary based on the item and location. You will see your total shipping costs at checkout. 

Do you offer international shipping?

Absolutely! Although ArtbyBML LLC is based in the United States, we ship all over the world.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds on any item however, if your product(s) is damaged during shipping, we will work with you to replace your item(s).

What happens if my order is lost in transit?

All orders will have a tracking number associated with them so we will work with you to investigate the cause, and replace the item if necessary.
